Privacy & property enquiries

AKSN Properties Private Limited uses the details you submit to respond to property enquiries, arrange visits and manage property listings.

When you enquire

We store your name, phone number, optional email, enquiry message and preferred visit date. For AKSN Direct and AKSN Managed properties, the AKSN team handles the enquiry. For owner, agent or developer listings, your enquiry is shared with that listing’s account holder and the AKSN team. We also keep the property title and ID, intended contact name and number, and time of the enquiry. After saving, you may open WhatsApp with a prepared message and choose whether to send it. We cannot confirm WhatsApp delivery through this link. A visit request is not a confirmed appointment.

When you list a property

Your public listing includes the property details, photographs, documents and seller name you provide. Your contact number is published for direct-contact listings. Sign-in identifies your account so you can manage your listings and access your own enquiries. The AKSN team reviews submissions before publication.

Your account

We store your name, email address, mobile number and a password hash to manage your account. Your signup mobile number is visible to the AKSN team for account and property-request follow-up; it is not published on your profile. A necessary sign-in cookie keeps your session active. Customer accounts cannot access the admin workspace. Enquiries submitted while signed in are also linked to your account. Signing out ends the current session; changing your password ends your other sessions.

Account recovery

If you cannot access your account, contact AKSN. After checking your identity, the team can provide a private, single-use recovery link. Never share your password or recovery link publicly.

Your information

Contact info@aksnproperties.com to request a correction or deletion of your submitted information, or to ask about how an enquiry is handled. Please include the property name or enquiry reference so the team can locate it.

Property information

Prices, availability, dimensions, approvals and document references are supplied by the listing party. Listing approval is a publishing review and does not represent independent legal or title verification.
